Luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises has released ten new itineraries within its Crystal Getaways collection, which are shorter legs of longer voyages – typically four to ten nights rather than several weeks.
Several of the cruises are ‘close-in’ itineraries (departing within the next few weeks), while others are only due to depart next year and feature Middle East port destinations.
The close-in options include the ‘Haute Caribbean Holiday’, December 22, 2019 eight nights from Miami to Turks & Caicos, Antigua, Barbados and St. Maarten; December 30, 2019 seven nights from Barbados to Tortola, Key West and Miami.
The Middle East-bound options include ‘Empires of Past & Present’, April 3, 2020 eight nights from Mumbai to Oman, and the ‘Gulfs of Aden and Aqaba and Jordan’, April 11, 2020 ten nights from Aqaba to Israel, Cyprus, Crete and Italy.
Later in the year, there is also ‘Beyond the Acropolis & Aqaba’, October 23, 2020 six nights from Athens to Rhodes, Greece, Israel and Aqaba and on October 29, 2020 10 nights from Aqaba to the gulfs of Aden and Aqaba, Oman and Dubai.
Itineraries in other parts of the world include:
Timeless Treasures & Ancient Cultures, March 20, 2020 eight nights from Singapore to Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka; March 28, 2020 six nights from Sri Lanka to Cochin and Mumbai, India;
Empires of Past & Present, April 3, 2020 eight nights from Mumbai to Oman, the gulfs of Aden and Aqaba and Jordan; April 11, 2020 10 nights from Aqaba to Israel, Cyprus, Crete and Italy;
Icons of the Mediterranean, July 10, 2020 four nights from Monte Carlo to Florence, Rome and Sorrento, Italy; July 14, 2020 five nights from Sorrento to Dubrovnik and Venice.
Crystal Cruises is a two-ship luxury line that operates global cruise itineraries, usually grand voyages. It regularly calls in Dubai and Cape Town, using both ports as a turnaround destination between one itinerary and other.
